80% of our ingredients are certified organic with the remainder being chemical free, and artificial additive free.
We prioritise the use of local seasonal certified organic produce from local organic farms like Kurrawong Organics in Sunny Corner, and Block 11 Organics in Nashdale. We also prioritise paddock to plate producers like Bundarra Berkshires, Pialligo Estate and The Tasmanian Food co.
We ensure gluten free, paleo, vegan and keto options are at the forefront of our daily selections.
As our menu focuses on seasonal produce and paddock to plate producers our menu changes without notice.
As all our ingredients come from our own Bathurst Health Foods Grocery and Produce departments you can be assured of quality healthful food.
When we fitted out our café, top of our list was to use clean PH balanced water. So, we installed a reverse osmosis water filter that not only fills our coffee machine but is available for use in all cooking in our kitchen.
Our coffee blend is a custom-made Bathurst Health Foods blend by award winning local Roasters, Fish River Roasters. It comprises Organic Fair-Trade beans from Sumatra and Papua New Guinea. It has a rich smooth taste and when combined with clean water, organic milks and expert baristas it makes for a satisfying coffee experience. Our Keto Coffees use organic butter and premium MCT oil.
We also serve top quality Chai’s. Powdered, Leaf and Sticky.
Our selection of High-grade Black, Pu-erh, Oolong, Green and white teas are always premium leaf quality. Many imported directly from well-established premium farms in China, India and Taiwan. We use a range of tea ware. Including Iron pots, Red Clay pots, and traditionally kilned Gawain’s.
We have a huge range of options in Latte Tonic Elixirs, Turmeric, Mermaid, Lunar, Gypsy Rose, Medicinal Mushroom, Dandy Chai, and much more.
Our herbal tisane ranges include a huge selection from Pukka and the English Tea Shop.
Our fresh made to order slow juice bar only ever uses Fresh Certified Organic fruits and vegetables.
Our Açaí bowls only ever use certified organic pure pulp. No powders, no additives and no added sugar.
Most of our sweets and cakes are Gluten Free and often also Vegan.
Our daily selections are easy to enjoy sit-in or as a fast healthy grab and go option.
Sit-in service begins at 8.30am and finishes at 3pm.
